Because each item is made to order and customized just for you, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, your satisfaction means everything. If there’s an issue with your order or a mistake on my end, please reach out within 5 days of delivery so I can make it right — whether that means redoing the item or finding another solution.
